This website is operated by Deerview Fine Foods and tAunbtie Vals Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Deerview Fine Foods and Aubntie Vals.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted by Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

GOODS & SERVICES We provide a range of Condiments, Preserves, Marmalades & Chutneys. Our products are available in a range of 1.1/2oz, 4oz, 8oz & 12oz round Jars, A selection of products are available in 1kg catering tubs. By ordering from our website you are accepting the terms and conditions set out on this page.
ORDERS & DELIVERY We aim to deliver within 5 days subject to stock availability, however, please allow up to 14 days for your delivery to be made. Our minimum order for free delivery is £150.00.
PAYMENT TERMS We ask for ‘Pro-Forma’ payment on all orders.

CARRIAGE COSTS to England & Wales. Collections are welcome free of charge. Orders of £150 or more receives free carriage. Orders under £175.00 will automatically receive a £5.95 delivery fee. Please notify us of any damages within 48 hours. Carriage Costs to Scotland and Northern Ireland must spend a minimum of £250 to receive free delivery, orders under this will incur a delivery charge of £19.95.
TITLE TO GOODS Title to goods remain with Deerview Fine Foods LLP until paid for in full, but the risk will pass to the buyer on delivery. All returned goods will be subjected to a 15% handling charge. We do not refund return costs.

SHELF LIFE / BATCH NUMBERS Our jarred products have a best before date of 24 months from the day of production. All catering tubs have 24 month best before date. Our product batch number is the date the product was made plus 24 months. We keep records of when the products are made. We recommend that once opened the product is refrigerated and used within 3 months. Prior to opening please store in a cool place and not by a direct heat source.
NEW PRODUCTS/ END OF LINE New lines may be introduced at any time and may replace existing lines. We may discontinue certain products from time to time, but may replace with new lines or offer seasonal feature flavours. We may discontinue at any time and may not give notice.
PRICE INCREASES We reserve the right to increase our prices when we deem fit due to rising costs.

ISSUES WITH PRODUCTS Please notify us as soon as possible if you notice any problems with our products, please provide the name of the product, the best before date, who delivered it and when you received it. We will endeavour to rectify any problems.

Note we do no store any financial details we may ask for when ordering on our website.
